RWBY Cinder's Plan Theory

After watching the new opening for Volume 3 of RWBY I have an idea of what Cinder Falls plans are.

She uploaded a virus into the CCT Tower to cut off communications to everyone outside of Vale so that the rest of the world wouldn't know what was happening. Evidence shows in the episode " No Breaks" and "Breach" shows that Ruby and Jaune couldn't communicate to each other outside Vale.

I also believe that she has a plan to take control of Ironwoods robot army for herself, using said virus. She, backed up with the White Fang and the robotic military might of the Atlas would make her a real threat.

With said virus, she can shut down all of the cities defenses against the Grimm. I mean in all the years Beacon stood, not a single Nevermore had the idea to ram into it? Or a Beowolf, climbing up the cliff via Emerald Forest and slaughtering innocent students? Meaning that there is a defense grid going around the city and Beacon, meaning shutting it down during a certain festival where everyone will be too focused on the tournament to notice to pay attention to some security systems that shut down.

Also all that Dust and Atlesean Paladins. Now if it was just a few Dust shipments it would be believable that the White Fang got lucky and stole a few shipments. But were talking about boatloads of Dust and heavily armored robots. Even one of those paladins should be hard to get, yet she managed to get not one, but over 2 dozen of them. Meaning that she has inside help, either with the Atlas military or with Schnee Dust Company.

I'm thinking Winter is the one assisting Cinders plan. Her clothing looks like a female version of Ironwoods uniform, meaning she is either part of the military or a consultant between the Atlas Military and her company. She would have access to alot of Atlas tech and numerous dust shipments to let Cinder and the White Fang know where said shipments are going where.

Plus, even if her plan fails, once footage of Atlas robots slaughtering innocent people is uploaded on the internet, it would warrant huge recalls in Atlas tech, complete overhall and reboot on all existing tech not to mention the possibility of war between Atlas and any other kingdom.
