I am deeply pleased with Jul as the storm covenant's commander. He's replaced my favorite sangheili, which was previously R'tas 'Vadum.

I was Impressed to see Jul Mdama in the terminal. Yes, he is looking for a "warrior" with troops and ships.
This "warrior" hates humans, and he says they need this guy in order to wipe out humanity. He's looking
for revenge.
